Yes. For branding and automation packages, I include 1–2 months of free support. After that, you can choose a monthly support plan if you’d like me to continue managing updates or automation monitoring.
Your first consultation with me is completely free, no matter which service you’re interested in. During this session, we’ll go over your needs, ideas, and project scope. Based on your requirements, the final price may vary, since I often combine packages to create a tailored solution that works best for you. I’ll always be transparent about what’s included, and discounts may be available depending on the project’s length and complexity.
If you choose to move forward, we’ll schedule a second consultation at a small fee of $5–10. In this session, I’ll present a detailed project breakdown, estimated costs, requirements, and what I’ll need from you to begin.
Once you approve the plan, set a project start date, and make your first payment, all future meetings will be free of charge. However, if you require additional consultations after the second meeting without confirming the project, an extra consultation fee will apply if more than one week passes without a decision.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your project, with the
remaining 50% due upon delivery.

payments can be split into three stages:

- 40% upon final delivery
For long-term monthly services (such as Social Media Management or Automation Support), payments are billed at the start of each month. All payment requirements, details, and terms will be clearly outlined in the contract before the project begins.
Every service package includes a set number of revisions, clearly outlined before the project begins. These revisions are designed to refine and polish your chosen concept, ensuring the final product aligns with your vision. However, revisions do not include creating entirely new designs or directions outside of what was initially agreed upon.
If additional revisions are requested beyond the included scope, or if changes are made after final approval, an extra fee will be applied. This protects both of us from scope creep while still allowing you the flexibility to adjust and improve the project where needed.
Before starting your project, we’ll agree on a timeline that works for both of us. I always commit to delivering on time as long as I receive the required content, feedback, and approvals within the agreed deadlines.
If delays occur on your side, such as late communication, missing materials, or extended approval times, the project timeline may be adjusted accordingly. My priority is to provide quality work, and maintaining clear communication throughout the process will ensure we stay on schedule.
All deposits are non-refundable once a project has begun, since they cover the time, planning, and resources already invested. If you decide to cancel mid-project, payments made up to that point will be retained as compensation for completed work.
For long-term monthly services, like Social Media Management or Automation Support, cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. This ensures fairness for both of us while keeping the process transparent and stress-free.
