I led the development of an advanced 16-email automation system, integrated Airtable tracking, and managed the Zoom-based event infrastructure. Business Monthly Report Form
I designed and implemented a semi automated system for generating and submitting Business Income & Expense reports. The solution pulls categorized data from Airtable, fills PDF forms with signatures, builds Google Docs cover letters, collects supporting files, and merges all assets into a finalized monthly report. Built using Make.com, Google Drive, and PDF automation tools, this system reduces manual reporting work while ensuring accuracy and compliance for recurring government submissions.

Automated Onboarding System
I led the development of a fully automated onboarding workflow for IHP interns, streamlining the process from acceptance to role-specific training. Using Airtable, Make.com, and Google Workspace, we built a scalable system to track personal info, contracts, availability, assignments, and training progress across departments. Role-based email sequences, training content delivery, and real-time status tracking enabled seamless intern onboarding and engagement across multiple technical and non-technical teams.
